You are responsible for any payroll contributions or tax obligations in accordance with your jurisdiction of residence. This is an entirely remote decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), so you’re free to work wherever you like.
We are serious about privacy and transparency. We strive to request only useful and required data and not to hold data longer than necessary.
We encourage you to take time off. This may be for vacation, to spend time with family or for a mental health day. Regardless of the reason, we encourage you to take time off when you need it.
