Runes Now Live on Sovryn: Elevating the Bitcoin Token Standard

We are thrilled to announce that the Runes bridge is now operational on Sovryn. This integration significantly enhances the capabilities of our dApps, offering a swift and cost-effective method for trading Rune tokens. The Bridge is fully operational across both RSK and BOB chains.

You can access the Runes Bridge by clicking on the “Transfer Assets” button located in the top right corner, which will direct you to the Bridge interface.

• Receive

This feature allows you to transfer Runes from your Bitcoin to your Rootstock or BOB address, depending on which chain you choose.When using this feature, make sure to transfer only Runes that are supported by the bridge, which are listed on the following page. Do not transfer Bitcoin itself, only Runes. The process may take up to 1.5 hours.

• Send

This function enables you to transfer Runes from your Rootstock or BOB address, depending on which chain you are to your Bitcoin address.Ensure the destination address uses one of the supported formats: P2TR, P2PKH, P2SH, P2WPKH, or P2WSH. Be mindful of the transaction limits: do not send less than the minimum amount or more than the maximum amount allowed. Similar to receiving, the sending process can take up to 1.5 hours.It's crucial to only transfer Rune Tokens to a wallet that supports Runes, such as the Ordinals wallet. Sending Runes to a Bitcoin wallet that does not support Runes will result in a loss of those Runes.

To transfer your POWA from RSK to BOB, you must first bridge it back to Bitcoin, then from there to the BOB chain.

You can claim your POWA Rune token to the same Rootstock address you previously used for the Trading and Staking leaderboards (Collected automatically) or the one registered in the Gleam campaign for influencer activities.

To claim your POWA Rune token, use the same Rootstock address linked to your participation in the Trading and Staking leaderboards or provided during the Gleam influence campaign.

• Make sure to have some RBTC so you can pay for gas
• Click on the “Claim your POWA” button

We collected wallet addresses on May 13th at 11:59 PM UTC. If you've registered your address and completed at least one task (note: simply providing your wallet address does not qualify as a task completion), you are eligible to claim your POWA.

Please provide your rootstock address as soon as possible if you haven't done so already. We will ensure you are added to the eligibility list at a later date.
