$BOS PRESALE: Late Wallet Submissions

We collected wallet addresses from many presale participants on Origis. Some people did not submit an address before the deadline. You will NOT be penalized. Submit your wallet now and we will ensure you receive your $BOS allocation according to the published distribution schedule.

Below is exactly how it works, how the catch up mechanics operate, and clear examples so you can answer community questions quickly.

For those who participated in the $BOS presale, your tokens will be distributed according to the following vesting schedule:

• At TGE: 10% of your total allocation.
• End of Month 1: 15%
• End of Month 2: 15%
• End of Month 3: 15%
• End of Month 4: 15%
• End of Month 5: 15%
• End of Month 6: 15%

This means your full presale allocation will be fully unlocked by the end of Month 6 after TGE. Those who submit their wallet address later will receive these instalments according to the published schedule, with catch-up for missed distributions.

• If you participated in the BOS presale on Origins platform and submitted your wallet address before the deadline, you will be included in the first distribution round
• If you did not submit before the deadline, do not panic. Submit your wallet now. We will include your allocation in the next scheduled distribution and catch you up
• Submissions after the initial round are accepted. They may not be included in the first distribution, but they will be fully paid out over the remaining vesting schedule

We use the published distribution schedule for allocations. The base example used below assumes the standard presale vesting terms:

Base assumptions‍

• Example purchase: 1,000 $BOS tokens total
• Distribution schedule: 10% at initial distribution, then 90% released over 6 monthly installments
• That means 10% at distribution = 100 tokens
• Each monthly installment = 15% of total = 150 tokens per month
• TGE and distribution events are discrete moments. If your wallet is not submitted by a distribution moment, you will not receive that distribution at that moment. You will receive accumulated amounts at the next distribution after you submit

These examples show what a user receives depending on when they submit their wallet. The math is exact and totals always reach the full allocated amount by the end of the vesting schedule.

Scenario 1: Address provided 1 month after initial distribution

No tokens received at initial distribution.

• By month 1, the accumulated entitlement equals:
  – 10% from initial distribution = 100 tokens
  – 15% from month 1 = 150 tokens
  – Total available at month 1 = 250 tokens
• At month 1, once the address is provided, the user has 250 vested tokens.
• From month 2 to month 6, the user receives the remaining monthly instalments: 5 × 150 = 750 tokens.
• Final total received by month 6 = 1,000 tokens.

Scenario 2: Address provided 3 months after initial distribution

No tokens received at initial distribution or months 1–2.

• By month 3, the accumulated entitlement equals:
  – 10% initial = 100 tokens
  – 15% × 3 months = 450 tokens
  – Total available at month 3 = 550 tokens
• At month 3, once the address is provided, the user has 550 vested tokens
• From month 4 to month 6, the user receives the remaining instalments: 3 × 150 = 450 tokens
• Final total received by month 6 = 1,000 tokens

Scenario 3: Address provided 6 months after initial distribution

No tokens received at initial distribution or months 1–5.

• By month 6, the accumulated entitlement equals:
  – 10% initial = 100 tokens
  – 15% × 6 months = 900 tokens
  – Total available at month 6 = 1,000 tokens
• At month 6, once the address is provided, the user has the full 1,000 vested tokens
• No remaining installments

We will not abandon or short-change presale participants. Your allocation is tracked and will be paid according to the published distribution schedule.
